Are refunds available?

At Stat PD, the Listings you purchase are delivered electronically. Therefore, you cannot return an electronic file after it's been downloaded or accessed. For that reason, all sales on Stat PD of digital Listings are considered final and nonrefundable. We understand that things do not always go as planned and so we can offer refunds in a few limited circumstances.If your purchase falls into one of the following exceptions listed below, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 90-days of your purchase, and are granted on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be offered in the following circumstances: Misrepresentation- A Listing preview and/or description misrepresents what is actually contained in the Listing. (Requests are subject to review.) Technical Limitations— You are unable to access a Listing because the technical requirements are not included in the Listing description. Duplicate Purchase— You purchased the same Listing twice in one Stat PD account. If your purchase falls into one of these categories, you may submit a refund request to support@statpd.com. Please be sure to include in your request the following: 1) the Listing name and your concerns; 2) any specific examples or details you might have. The more information shared (including screenshots) the better. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any product that does not meet the above criteria in our sole discretion.
